The Elkton Base Ball Club and Exhibition Company ( a Maryland non profit corporation and 501c3 pending company) is  also to promote the history of the game is occasionally available for many community functions.  If you are interested in having a member of the club speak at your non profit function please contact us.  We have done lectures at libraries, historical societies, Civil War roundtables, chambers of commerce, Lions Club meetings, Rotary meetings and much more.

The organization also has a soft spot for youths.  The club will occasionally do kids clinics before home matches to teach kids how to play 19th century base ball and how to be part of a team.  They have also mentored youths and at risk youths as well.

If your non profit group is looking for a unique fundraiser, the Elkton BBC and Exhibition Company is here for you.  Have you ever wanted to sell tickets, concessions, raffles and anything else you can think of to raise money we are available.  For each home game we will make available our venue as well as our club and an opponent.  The rest is up to you.  We can help you every step of the way from planning, ideas and execution.  We have had several successful fundraisers including a Sarcoma Awareness Night and a Children's Cancer Awareness Day that has raised hundreds of dollars for charity.  Contact us for more information.

Finally, the Club also promotes, manages, and executes festivals and tournaments as well as single matches for all over the Mid Atlantic region.  We are responsible for the entire Gettysburg National 19th Century Base Ball Festival which draws thousands to Gettysburg as well as 18 clubs from all over the country to see and learn all about 19th century base ball.  We also assist the Strasburg Rail Road with 2 tournaments each year as well as assist with other tournaments and festivals all over the region.  If you are interested in our services, just contact us.  We'd be happy to help!
